45-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Nutricia, we proudly stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Nutricia product, you are the original end-user purchaser, and you purchased from Nutricia or from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may either request a refund or a replacement product up to one case of Pepticate or Neocate product per person (the “Guarantee”). Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
To submit a Guarantee request, please email us at CSReturns@nutricia.com or call us at (800) 365-7354 (Mon-Fri 8:30am – 6:00pm, ET) and provide the following information: (1) product purchased; (2) amount of product purchased (can or case), (3) date purchased, (4) place of purchase, (5) reason for dissatisfaction, (6) proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order history), (7) and, if you did not purchase your product directly from the Neocate or Pepticate website, a physical address for mailing of check reimbursement (PO boxes are not accepted). If your request is preliminarily approved, you will then need to mail the remaining portion of your product and your Guarantee approval number to Nutricia using the pre-paid label provided.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of purchase.
This Guarantee is limited to replacement or refund of up to one case of Pepticate or Neocate product per person. This Guarantee does not apply to products for which you have received (or have applied for) reimbursement from insurance. You shall not request reimbursement from your insurance provider for any product for which you have submitted a refund request under this Guarantee. Nutricia reserves the right to verify information you provide, require you to provide us with a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if Nutricia determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer has abused the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Nutricia may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
By participating in the 45-day satisfaction guarantee program (“Program”), you acknowledge that your personal information will be processed by Danone North America Public Benefit Corporation, its affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively “DNA PBC”) for purposes of this Program, and for other purposes in accordance with Danone’s Privacy Policy. Your information may be shared with trusted partners to fulfill these purposes.
