Directions for Preparation and Use:

Total daily intake to be determined by a healthcare professional and is dependent on age, body weight, and medical condition of the individual. The suggested serving size is 8 scoops (37 g) of powder plus 2 fl oz of water to give a spoonable consistency.

The consistency of Neocate Spoon can be altered by adding more or less water. A smaller serving size can be prepared by adding 1 fl oz of water to 4 scoops of powder.

Ask your healthcare team if you need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing.

1. Wash hands thoroughly and clean the preparation area.
2. Add the recommended number of unpacked, level scoops of powder into a clean bowl.
3. Gradually add the required amount of water to powder while stirring with a clean spoon until thickened. Adjust consistency by adding more or less water.

Storage

Store unopened or opened can in a cool,dry place. Once opened, replace can lid and use within 1 month. Do not store at extreme temperatures.
