We offer FREE UPS ground residential shipping within the 48 contiguous states, (Plus Hawaii and D.C.) on orders of $25.00 or more.*

  • UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Air delivery is available only if the order is placed before 4:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) of the current day. Any orders received after that time will be shipped the next business day.
  • UPS Saturday Delivery available only if placed on Friday before 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time).
  • Costs vary by weight for 2nd Day, Next Day and Saturday delivery for over 5 cases. Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-NEOCATE for these costs.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have separate shipping charges. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-NEOCATE for these charges.
