The Assistance Program is available to residents of the United States who are not eligible for other forms of financial assistance. The program is not designed to replace other resources if available. However, it is a reasonable option for families who do not have third-party coverage, such as insurance for medical foods, like Neocate.
To find out if your family is eligible for the Neocate Assistance Program, call 1-800-365-7354, or complete an online application. A completed application will include information about your family and your little one’s doctor.
The Neocate Assistance Program is one of many resources that Neocate offers, with the goal of helping food allergy families get insurance coverage for our products. Another resource available to you is the Neocate Navigator. We understand that dealing with insurance companies and third-party providers can be complex and frustrating. That’s why we’ve created the Navigator program. It assists U.S. patients in obtaining insurance coverage for Nutricia products, including Neocate.
