Protein is an essential component to our diets. However, those who suffer from food allergies are unable to get the necessary supplement of protein. We have a list of high protein Neocate recipes that are delicious and easy to make!
Neocate Nutra with mashed banana and OJ with CAAM
- 8 scoops Neocate Nutra
- 1Tbsp CAAM
- 1/2 fl oz OJ
- 1.5 fl oz 100% organic Cranberry Juice
- 1 Med sized banana
High Protein Berry Shot
- 1 oz cranberry jc
- 1 oz Pineapple
- 1 Tbsp CAAM
High Protein Tropical Shot
- 1 oz Cranberry Jc
- 1 oz OJ
- ½ oz fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp CAAM
Highly important when mixing the Complete Amino Acid Mix (CAAM) to start by adding only a few drops of juice to the powder. Mix till it's a smooth paste and is evenly distributed. This can take some time to be sure the liquid is evenly distributed. Then add remaining fluid till fully dissolved. Note the cranberry juice may change colors when mixing with the CAAM.
Nutra cookies – Nutra cinnamon patties
- 4 scoops Neocate Nutra (~17g)
- ½ tsp water
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon sugar
Preheat oven to 310F. Mix all ingredients and blend well. This may take some time. Mix till all the dry powder is gone. Using your hands to mix works well. It should not be too sticky to hold and mold. If it is too sticky, add a bit more powder. Separate evenly into 4 rounded balls and put on a flat baking sheet. Flatten each ball with your finger in the middle of the ball. Put into the oven and bake for about 8-9 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Check periodically during baking to ensure they don’t burn. Take out of oven and let cool for about 7 mins. Take off of baking sheet and serve.
